Bank-change alerts
When a supplier’s bank details change in Xero or QuickBooks, their next bill needs phone approval.
Illustrations use sample names and data.
Controls your auditor and insurer will recognize
Dual control and separation of duties, enforced on every payment instead of written in a policy nobody checks.
Two-person approval
Require two different people for every payment, or only above an amount you choose.
Separation of duties
Whoever asks for a payment can never approve it. Built in, on by default.
Reminders and backups
Approvers are reminded, then backup approvers are alerted, so urgent payments don’t stall.
Requests that expire
No answer in time means do not pay. Nothing is approved by default.
Phone-only approvals
Approvals only from a registered phone, never from a link opened on a shared computer.
Proof for every decision
Who approved, on which device, at what time, signed with their passkey. Ready for audit.
Security you can verify, not just trust
Paysealed is built on open standards. Every approval produces a signed proof that anyone can check without relying on us.

FIDO2 passkeys with Face ID or fingerprint. Biometrics never leave the phone.
Bound to the payment
The amount, payee and account are signed into each approval, so it can’t be reused.
Verifiable without us
Download any approval proof and check the signature yourself.
Tamper-evident log
Every action is chained to the one before it with SHA-256.
Minimal data
No inbox scanning. Only the last 4 digits of a bank account. Email checks aren’t stored.
Never touches money
Paysealed isn’t a bank or payment app. It adds the check before your team pays.
Works where payment requests happen
Keep your bank, your inbox and your accounting software. Paysealed fits around them, with nothing to replace.

Why finance teams choose Paysealed
Other tools check bank accounts or try to spot fakes. Paysealed proves the right person said yes.
Verifies the person, not the message
Detection tools guess whether an email or voice is fake. Paysealed asks the real approver to confirm on a phone only they hold, so a perfect fake still fails.
One control for every channel
Email, Slack, phone calls, Xero and QuickBooks, with Microsoft Teams at launch. Fraudsters switch channels; your rule stays the same.
Proof anyone can check
Every decision is signed with the approver’s passkey. Your auditor, insurer or bank can verify it without trusting us.

Questions
How do I stop fake invoice and bank-change fraud?
Never pay a new bank account on the strength of an email. Paysealed holds the payment until the real approver confirms on their own phone with Face ID or fingerprint.
Can a deepfake voice fool a callback?
Yes. AI can clone a voice from a short clip, and the number in a fake email reaches the criminal. A Paysealed approval needs the real person’s registered phone and passkey.
Is Paysealed a bank or a payment app?
No. We never move, hold or see your money. Paysealed adds a check before your team pays and keeps a signed record of who approved what.
Can we require two people to approve a payment?
Yes. Turn on two-person approval for every payment or only above an amount. Two different people must each confirm on their own phone, and the person asking can’t approve.
Will you go through our security review?
Yes. Our security center explains how Paysealed works, and we’re happy to answer security questionnaires and sign a data processing agreement.
Where is our data stored?
App data is stored in Australia, with some providers in the United States. Our privacy policy lists every provider and what they do.
What if an approver loses their phone?
A backup approver steps in, and an admin can remove the lost phone and register a new one in minutes.
How does the free pilot work?
Join with your work email and we’ll set up your workspace with you on a 20-minute call. You then use Paysealed free for 30 days on real payment requests. No credit card is needed.
What do we need to get started?
A work email for each person, and a phone with Face ID, fingerprint or a screen lock for each approver. Nothing to install on your bank or accounting system.
How much does it cost?
From $79 a month, with custom pricing for enterprises. Founding customers get a free pilot first.
